By using Placem, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Placem indexes public job postings and provides tools for search, bookmarks, saved searches, sharing, application tracking, notifications, and private professional profiles. Placem is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or party to an employment application.

• Listings can change, close, contain errors, or differ from the employer's current posting.
• The employer's page is the authoritative source.
• Placem does not guarantee an interview, offer, response, or job outcome.
• Applying takes place on an external site and is subject to that site's terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for access to your connected OAuth account and for the information you choose to store. Do not upload or share content you lack the right to use. You retain ownership of your content and permit Placem to process it only as needed to provide the selected features.

You may not:

• Access another person's account or private information.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or rate limits.
• Use Placem to distribute malware, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Republish the job index as your own bulk data service.
• Use automated access except through a feature or interface Placem provides.

Placem may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access that threatens users, employers, or the service. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service useful and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Use Placem as one aid in a job search and verify important information with the employer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Placem is provided as available without warranties, and Placem is not responsible for employment decisions, external sites, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
