As the TA/HR admin coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering efficient recruitment operations and a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking, job posting management, onboarding support, and recruitment data administration. In addition to Talent Acquisition responsibilities, the role will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate wellness initiatives and provide administrative support for other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

This position is a contract position through end of 2026.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Managing candidate communications, and overseeing onsite and virtual interview logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Proactively monitor interview schedules and troubleshoot scheduling or logistical issues to ensure interviews run smoothly.
Manage job postings and support sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial application reviews, assess candidates against job requirements, and highlight qualified profiles for recruiter review and progression through the hiring process.
Support the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate wellness initiatives and engagement activities.
Supporting other HR/TA activities and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience.
Proficiency in Gmail and other G-Suite products
Must be extremely savvy at learning new software products and tools.
Excellent and pro-active communication skills, efficient, reliable, detail oriented, and organized.
Someone that has a sense of urgency and doesn’t need constant follow-up to ensure that a task is complete, trustworthy and accountable.
Must be able to think outside of the box, be resourceful and has a positive attitude.
Exceptional customer service focus.
Confident at quickly adapting to changing work environment and priorities, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Accounts Executive (1 year contract) to join our Finance team in the technology sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, and compliance with local statutory requirements. This role requires strong hands-on experience in partial sets in accounting focusing on general ledger management, account reconciliations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a growing business.

This is a one-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and general ledger activities.
Monitor bank balances and coordinate funding requests to support business operations.
Prepare and post accounting entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments where required.
Perform month-end closing activities, including preparation of account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper expense classification.
Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and company policies.
Support external audit processes by liaising with auditors, responding to queries, and preparing relevant supporting documents during audit fieldwork.
Work closely with senior finance manager and tax agents on corporate tax matters and withholding tax requirements.
Support corporate secretarial matters by preparing and coordinating documents through DocuSign.
Liaise with bankers to ensure bank account information and authorised signatories remain updated.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the US Finance team, with occasional night meetings required to support cross-time-zone communication.
Perform other ad hoc accounting-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with hands-on experience in partial sets in accounting focusing on general ledger functions.
Strong understanding of basic FRS requirements, corporate taxation, and local statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of month-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite or ZIP is advantageous.
Prior experience working with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and banking partners is preferred.
Experience in a technology or fast-growing business environment will be an advantage.
